Low season

We are able to accept payment in £ Sterling at the prevailing bank rate (not the tourist rate!) at the date of payment.

Payment can be made by Paypal but an additional 5% is added to the cost to cover Paypal commission.

The first set of bed linen and towels (per week) are included in the weekly tariff - additional sets (for the sofa-bed) are available at a weekly charge of 15 Euros.

We can offer an upgrade for guests 3 and 4 to a double room in the house with shared bathroom if you would find it more convenient. The room has independent access from outside and is available at a cost of 10 Euros per night.  You can reserve this option and decide when you get here if it is suitable!

A daily wood allowance is included in season.

Electricity and water is included unless booking is for long-term when it is charged by agreement.

Extras charges for courses are by agreement and are payable in advance.

Extra charges for produce are payable at the end of the stay.

A booking deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to arrival.  Cancellation charges are pro rata depending on notice of cancellation and are fully explained in the Terms and Conditions.

A security deposit of 150 Euros/120 Sterling is payable on arrival and refund of this is made at the end of the let. This is fully explained in the Terms and Conditions.
